Important Note:

If you are interested in renting a property through ourselves, we will require to take up references to gauge if you will be an acceptable tenant.

By completing this form you agree that we may provide this information to our clients and credit reference agencies in connection with determining if you may be a suitable tenant.

It is important that you advise your referees to expect contact from us as this will speed up the referencing process. We will continue to view the property until such time as we have received all your references, the owner has accepted your application and the rent/deposit has been paid.

Please note that if your annual earnings are less than the monthly rent multiplied by 30 then you will need a Guarantor, who should complete a Guarantor application. Please see separate tab called Guarantor Application Form on our web site under Tenants.

Names of all adults moving into the property

Please note that all adults staying in the property should complete a separate Application Form.

The first named person will be treated as the Head Tenant. For the purposes of our communication with the tenant and that of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme the Head Tenant will be the sole contact. This person should therefore generally be readily contactable by mobile or email during office hours and be prepared to deal with any administrative matters relating to your occupation of the property and the return of your deposit.

Once an application has been accepted by the owner, the property can only be secured by payment of the rent and deposit, which must be paid by cash or card (please note there is a 2% charge for payments made using credit cards).

You hereby agree to pay each calendar month’s rent in advance for the full duration of the lease by Standing Order. Not less than two months written notice is required if it is your intention to vacate at the expiry date of the lease.

Please note that if you have lived outside the United Kingdom for the past two years, we may request that additional monies are paid in advance (i.e. the equivalent of additional rental and deposit paid in advance).

Your application will be formally considered by the owner. Please bear in mind that there may be other applications submitted for this property and the decision of the owner is final. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the reasons an Application has been refused.
